Studsvik submitted application for state support to develop up to 1,400 MWe of new SMR capacity based on its ReFirm programme using proven light-water reactor technology. First reactor unit could be commissioned during second half of 2030s. Two potential sites: Nykoping (2-4 reactors, 600-1,400 MWe) and Valdemarsvik (4-6 reactors, 1,200-1,600 MWe).
