Notes

The X-energy Dow Seadrift project is advancing through the DOE Advanced Reactor Demonstration Program (ARDP) — established under the first Trump administration — with a 50/50 cost share arrangement. DOE has committed up to $2 billion for the Xe-100 ARDP project alongside TerraPower's Natrium. The construction permit application was accepted by NRC in May 2025 for an 18-month review. X-energy CEO Clay Sell described ARDP as 'critical infrastructure' for demonstrating commercial advanced nuclear energy in the US.
