Centrus reached its 900 kg HALEU production target by June 2025 and has produced and delivered over 920 kg of HALEU in total. The DOE exercised an option to extend the contract to June 2026 worth approximately USD110 million. In January 2026, Centrus was awarded a USD900 million DOE task order to create domestic HALEU enrichment capacity.
