Elementl Power signed Early Works Agreement with GE Vernova Hitachi for up to 5 BWRX-300 SMRs at Meigs County, Ohio. Plans 1.5 GW total capacity. Filed interconnection request with PJM for first 600 MW. Site is 700 acres along Ohio River in Letart Township, approximately 100 miles southeast of Columbus. Aims for construction start 2030, first unit completion 2034. Google has strategic agreement with Elementl for 3 nuclear sites. Part of Elementls goal to bring 10 plus GW of nuclear to the US by 2035.
