Fluor Corporation is providing engineering, design, licensing, and project management services for two ongoing Romanian nuclear initiatives: the NuScale SMR project at Doicești and the expansion of the Cernavoda nuclear power plant. Fluor completed the Phase 2 FEED study for the RoPower project and continues as the primary EPC partner. Romanian shareholders approved advancing the project in May 2026 with a final investment decision targeted mid-2026.
