Meta signed a 20-year PPA with Vistra for 908 MW of energy and capacity from the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station in Ohio as part of the January 9, 2026 announcement. Deliveries begin in late 2026. Davis-Besse is an 894 MW pressurised water reactor in Oak Harbor, Ohio. The deal includes an additional 80 MW of uprate capacity from Davis-Besse expected online in the early 2030s. Together with Perry, these two Ohio plants supply the majority of Meta's PJM nuclear portfolio.
