Meta signed a 20-year PPA with Vistra for 1,268 MW of energy and capacity from the Perry Nuclear Power Plant in Ohio as part of the January 9, 2026 announcement. Deliveries begin in late 2026. Perry is a 1,298 MW boiling water reactor in Perry, Ohio, Lake County. The deal includes an additional 213 MW of uprate capacity from Perry expected online in the early 2030s. Meta acquired these PPAs to power its AI data centre operations in the PJM region.
