Terrestrial Energy signed an MOU with energy services giant Ameresco to explore powering data centres, industrial plants, and off-grid government facilities using a gas-fired bridge transitioning to Terrestrial's IMSR molten salt reactors. Ameresco is considering half a dozen projects with federal government and commercial buyers. Terrestrial is also raising $280 million through a combination with HCM Acquisition Corp.
