Notes

Videberg Kraft, owned by Vattenfall AB and Industrikraft i Sverige AB, selected Rolls-Royce SMR as supplier for three small modular reactors on the Värö peninsula on Sweden's west coast near the existing Ringhals nuclear plant. Each reactor will have an output of 470 MW, giving a total capacity of approximately 1,500 MWe. The project will produce around 12 TWh of fossil-free electricity per year, representing Sweden's first new nuclear power plant in more than 40 years. The reactor technology is a pressurised water reactor using modularised manufacturing where components are delivered fully assembled to the site. First unit expected to enter operation in the mid-2030s.
