Vistra is investing in a 213 MW uprate at its Perry Nuclear Power Plant in Ohio as part of its 20-year Meta PPA agreement. The Perry uprate is part of a combined 433 MW nuclear uprate programme across Perry, Davis-Besse, and Beaver Valley — the largest nuclear uprates supported by a single corporate customer in US history. Capital expenditures commence in 2026 with less than 20% of aggregate spend projected by end of 2028. Full uprate delivery expected by end of 2034.
