Proposed 12-unit Xe-100 plant (12 x 80 MWe, 960 MW) in Sullivan County, Indiana, near the retired Breed Generating Station on an AEP-owned brownfield site. X-energy, Amazon and AEP signed a joint development agreement on October 19, 2026 to fund feasibility work; Amazon provides milestone-based development capital. It is the second commercial project in the X-energy/Amazon collaboration after Energy Northwest's Cascade facility in Washington. No NRC licensing filing, ownership arrangement or in-service date has been announced.
