Core Power announced its Liberty programme in February 2025 to bring floating nuclear power to market by the mid-2030s. The programme encompasses modular construction of advanced fission technology. The first phase will see mass production of FNPPs produced in shipyards on modular production lines. Core Power has partnered with Westinghouse for the eVinci microreactor.
