Denison's Board made the final investment decision to proceed with construction of the Phoenix in-situ recovery uranium project in Saskatchewan, with site preparation starting in March 2026. Phoenix is Canada's first ISR uranium mine. Construction is anticipated to take approximately two years, with first production targeted by mid-2028. This is the first large-scale Canadian uranium mining project approved in over 20 years, located at the Wheeler River site.
