Korean construction company DL E&C is an existing X-energy Korean supply chain partner that was cited in the August 2025 X-energy-Amazon-KHNP-Doosan announcement. DL E&C brings Korean EPC and construction capability to the Xe-100 programme. The partnership with X-energy builds on established Korean industrial supply chain relationships and positions DL E&C for Xe-100 construction work both in the US and potentially in future Korean and Asian deployments.
