Candu Energy and Turkiye Nuclear Energy Company signed an MoU in March 2026 to assess the potential deployment of Canadian CANDU reactor technology in Turkey. The agreement covers exchange of technical data, assessment of various CANDU technologies for identified sites, evaluation of regulatory and licensing requirements, and examination of business models.
