Westinghouse Electric Company and Tetra Tech Canada signed a memorandum of understanding on January 28, 2026 establishing a collaboration framework supporting the development and deployment of AP1000 and AP300 reactor projects in Ontario. Tetra Tech will leverage its engineering expertise and clean energy capacity in North America and the UK to support Westinghouse. The partnership aims to strengthen Westinghouse's domestic project development capabilities and supply chain in Canada — positioning Westinghouse as a leading provider of clean nuclear energy in Ontario alongside the existing Darlington BWRX-300 programme.
