Nuclea Energy is an Ontario-headquartered company, led by chief executive Josef Freundorfer, that is designing the Morpheus microreactor, a transportable, factory-built, lead-cooled and graphite-moderated unit at conceptual design stage. In August 2026 it agreed to buy Moltex Energy's advanced nuclear technology portfolio, including the SSR-W reactor and the WATSS recycling process, for cash, subject to UK approval. It has a business combination agreement with Mangoceuticals as its path to a public listing, subject to approvals.
