Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SMR Brief Pro ("the Service") at pro.smrbrief.com. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. Subscription and free trial

New accounts include a 7-day free trial of the full Service. You will not be charged during the trial period, and you may cancel at any time before the trial ends from your account settings to avoid being billed.

After the trial, the standard individual subscription is $49 per month (or $490 per year, saving $98). Team plans are $179 per month (or $1,790 per year) and include 5 seats. All subscriptions are billed automatically via LemonSqueezy and auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future charges; you retain access until the end of the current paid period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months or unused annual time.

2. Acceptable use

Individual subscriptions are licensed for use by a single named user. Team subscriptions are licensed per seat. You agree not to:

• Share your login credentials with others outside the seats you have purchased.
• Redistribute, resell, republish, or syndicate data, exports, or reports obtained from the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond the documented APIs.
• Use the Service to develop a competing product.

Organisations needing 15+ seats should contact us via the Enterprise page.

3. Intellectual property

All content, data compilations, scoring methodologies, copy, design, and software on the Service are owned by SMR Brief Pro or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal professional purposes for the duration of your active subscription.

4. Disclaimer

Information on the Service is provided for general professional and informational purposes only. It does not constitute investment, legal, regulatory, or financial advice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but make no warranty as to completeness or correctness. You are responsible for your own decisions based on this information.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMR Brief Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. On termination, your access ends and your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SMR Brief Pro operates. Specific governing law and venue will be confirmed in writing on request and updated here as required.
