At SMR Brief Pro, we want you to be fully satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
All new paid subscriptions come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment. No questions asked.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
2. How to request a refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your initial payment via our Help Centre or email help@smrbrief.com. Include the email address associated with your account and the date of the transaction.
We aim to process refund requests within 2 business days.
3. What is not covered
- Requests made after the 14-day guarantee period.
- Partial refunds for unused time on monthly or annual plans after the guarantee period.
- Refunds for accounts that have violated our Terms of Service.
4. Cancellations after the guarantee period
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account settings. Cancellation stops future charges, but we do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months or unused annual time outside the 14-day guarantee window.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or via an in-app notice.
