A 50/50 joint venture between Polish state-controlled energy giant PKN Orlen and Synthos Green Energy. Plans to deploy a fleet of up to 24 BWRX-300 reactors in Poland. Has identified six potential sites with Wloclawek selected as the first. Programme milestones: in September 2025 Ontario Power Generation signed a letter of intent to provide OSGE with pre-operational services (site assessment, project management and consulting), laying groundwork for possible operator services in Poland and other European countries; on February 24, 2026 GE Vernova Hitachi and OSGE signed an agreement to advance a Polish generic design of the BWRX-300, adapted to Poland's regulatory framework; and in June 2026 OSGE submitted pre-licensing opinion requests to Poland's National Atomic Energy Agency for BWRX-300 fuel and software technology solutions. OSGE leads a 17-company consortium across 11 countries. Project sites: Włocławek (up to six units) and Stalowa Wola (up to four units).
