The US SMR Pan-European Regional Interest Nuclear Group (SPRING) project — funded through the US FIRST Programme — is coordinating fleet deployment of BWRX-300 SMRs across Central and Eastern Europe including Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Estonia, and other regional partners. SGE leads the developer consortium. The fleet approach is designed to achieve economies of scale and standardised licensing across multiple national markets simultaneously — a first for the SMR sector in Europe.
