Two floating nuclear power units of 100 MW each (200 MW in total) that Rosatom would build to supply electricity in North Maluku, off northern Halmahera Island, under an agreement signed on October 16, 2026 with PT Pembangkit Listrik Nuklir. The units use RITM-200M reactors adapted for warm climates, according to www1.ru; other reports do not name the reactor. Electricity deliveries are expected about five years after the key terms of the supply contract take effect. Funding is to be private (business-to-business) rather than from Indonesia's state budget. No investment figure has been announced.
