Cameco is one of the world's largest uranium producers and co-owner (49%) of Westinghouse Electric Company alongside Brookfield Asset Management (51%). In 2025, Cameco produced 21.0 million pounds U3O8 (Cameco share) — exceeding revised guidance of up to 20 million pounds. Key operations: McArthur River/Key Lake (world's largest high-grade uranium mine, 70% Cameco), Cigar Lake (50% Cameco), and JV Inkai Kazakhstan (40% Cameco with Kazatomprom). Cameco sells uranium and fuel services to nuclear utilities in 15 countries. Its Westinghouse acquisition (2023) gives Cameco exposure to the full nuclear fuel cycle from mining through reactor services.
