Nova Power & Gas is a Romanian energy company and part of the E-Infra Group — the 50% private sector co-owner of RoPower Nuclear SA alongside Nuclearelectrica. The E-Infra Group's involvement represents Romania's first major private sector co-investment in nuclear energy. Nova Power & Gas's participation demonstrates the commercial nuclear market pull from Romania's industrial and data centre energy demand. The E-Infra partnership was a key condition of the project's commercial structure allowing the FID to be approved February 12, 2026.
