WSP Italia is the Italian subsidiary of global engineering consultancy WSP Global and co-partner with Amentum in the $112 million EU JRC nuclear cleanup contract. The Amentum-led joint venture — with WSP Italia, TUV Rheinland, and Protection Solutions SRL — will lead decommissioning and waste management at nuclear research sites in Ispra (Italy), Karlsruhe (Germany), Geel (Belgium), and Petten (the Netherlands). WSP Italia brings Italian regulatory expertise and nuclear services capability to the European decommissioning market.
