Clayco is a full-service real estate, architecture, engineering, and construction company that announced in February 2026 it would oversee delivery of the Deep Atomic nuclear-powered AI data centre campus at Idaho National Laboratory. The project involves a phased approach: data centre infrastructure first using grid, geothermal, and solar power, followed by Deep Atomic's 60 MWe MK60 SMR deployment. Clayco is one of the largest private construction companies in the US and brings large-scale complex building delivery expertise to the nuclear data centre convergence market.
