Perry Nuclear Power Plant is a 1,298 MW boiling water reactor in Perry, Lake County, Ohio operated by Vistra Energy. Meta signed a 20-year PPA for 1,268 MW of operating power plus 213 MW of uprate capacity from Perry as part of the January 9, 2026 announcement. Perry was previously on a path to retirement before Vistra acquired it in 2023. The Meta PPA and uprate investment extends Perry's operating life by 20 years through subsequent licence renewal.
