Studsvik Scandpower is a nuclear technology company providing Core Management System 5 (CMS5) — a software methodology used for nuclear reactor core design evaluation, verification, and operational safety analysis. RoPower Nuclear selected CMS5 for Romania's NuScale Doicești project in December 2025 (NEI Magazine December 9, 2025). Studsvik also has a partnership with Lightbridge Corporation on software for light water reactors (May 2026). The company's nuclear core analysis software is used by reactor operators globally.
