ENTRA1 Energy is an American independent energy-production platform that develops, finances, owns, operates, and manages power plants, including nuclear and natural-gas generation. It is NuScale Power's exclusive global commercialization partner and deploys NuScale's pressurized-water SMR technology, including 77-MWe NuScale Power Modules in scalable multi-module plants. NuScale reported on 2026-08-05 that ENTRA1 was continuing discussions with the Tennessee Valley Authority toward a definitive power-purchase agreement for a potential large-scale U.S. deployment program; earlier company disclosures describe a nonbinding TVA collaboration for up to 6 GW of NuScale SMR capacity.
