Fluor Corporation is one of the world's largest engineering and construction companies and a major SMR project partner. Fluor is the primary EPC partner for the NuScale RoPower project in Romania, having completed the Phase 2 FEED study. Fluor is also providing engineering services for the expansion of Romania's Cernavoda nuclear plant.
