The company signed 20-year PPAs with Meta for 2,609 MW (operating + uprates) from Perry, Davis-Besse, and Beaver Valley nuclear plants announced January 9, 2026 — and approximately 3,800 MW of nuclear PPAs with Amazon Web Services from Comanche Peak. Vistra is investing in the largest nuclear uprate programme supported by corporate customers in US history.
